Daystar Technologies, Inc., dba Daystar Technology operates out of offices in Suwanee and Dawsonville, Georgia.

Daystar Technology provides a wide range of services and technologies to the Macintosh industry. With our roots from past upgrade leader and clone manufacturer DayStar Digital, we have continued to push the envelope in quality and compatibility.

What about our history?

In January of 2000, Daystar Technology was partnered with Interex, Inc. (later XLR8, Inc.), to re-engineer its line of XLR8 products. The result? The number one upgrade brand, by far. Within twelve months, the XLR8 brand was recognized by EVERY editorial review, award committee and industry pundit as the best choice for compatibility and performance.

Although a great brand, the companies Interex, Inc. and XLR8, Inc. had problems that forced their businesses to close. Again on its own after the closure of XLR8, Inc. in 2002, Daystar Technology is still delivering the best of the best.

Daystar Technology continues with the same industry renown software and hardware teams. Today delivering new leaps in advanced AltiVec compatibility for aging PowerMacs. Also manufacturing the lowest cost and the only 100% compatible upgrade solutions. Tomorrow, we'll be expanding our offerings in both the CPU and Video capture arenas. So, please be assured that as we have since 1988, we will continue to provide the ultimate experience at the best prices for years to come.
